A Slipper is a light, comfortable shoe without lacing. Well known are these kind of shoe models also under the term Loafer. Slipper become modern in the early 1930s in America. There it is still accepted as business clothes whereas in Europe it is only used to casual outfits.  The stylistical pattern is the indian Mokassin.
